We do not sell your personal information. We may share the minimum information necessary with trusted providers that help us run Smartphone Quiz Knights, including:

• Meta for Facebook and Instagram advertising, lead forms and messaging;
• Ticket Tailor and relevant payment providers for tickets and payments;
• Brevo for email communications and mailing lists;
• Zapier for authorised transfers between connected business systems;
• website analytics, IT, communications, accounting and professional advisers;
• venues, event partners or contracted hosts where necessary to deliver your booking; and
• public authorities or regulators where disclosure is required by law.

These providers may process information under their own privacy terms or on our instructions, depending on the service involved.

• unsuccessful or inactive booking enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months;
• booking, payment, invoice and accounting records may be retained for up to six years where needed for legal, tax or record-keeping purposes;
• marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe or we determine that they are no longer required;
• competition, league and prize records are kept for as long as needed to administer and document the relevant activity; and
• technical and analytics information is retained according to the settings and retention periods of the relevant platform.

We may retain limited suppression information after an unsubscribe so that we can respect your choice.

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we restrict access and use reputable service providers appropriate to the nature of the information involved.

We may capture photographs or short videos at some events for event coverage or promotion. Where appropriate, we will use notices, seek permission or work with the event organiser to make attendees aware. If you would prefer not to appear, please tell the host or contact us. We will consider reasonable requests to remove identifiable content that we control.

Our booking and marketing forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly invite children to provide contact or payment details directly. Where an event involves children, the organiser or responsible adult should make the booking and provide any necessary permissions.
